Epiphany

Epiphany is that season where we celebrate the revealing of Jesus to and in the world.  Beginning with the star that led the learned astrologers from the east to the place where Jesus was born, to the Holy Spirit descending at baptism, and his transfiguration on the holy mountain, God kept revealing Jesus has his son, as his instrument here on earth.  On 1/17, we will consider the first miracle - water into wine; on 1/24, we will remember his first return to Nazareth; on 1/31, his rejection at Nazareth; on Feb 7, the miraculous catch of fish, and on Feb. 14, we will hear about his transfiguration.  We might spend this time considering how Jesus is revealed in our life here in this time and place.  I wish for you this Epiphany, an abundant revealing of Jesus in your life, to you and through you to the world.
